Computer Science Student
I am a 35 year old computer science student from Iceland, I have worked as a guide and as a caretaker of the disabled. I have two degrees in the humanities, Chinese Studies BA and a degree in applied studies in Media and Culture MA.
I am currently learning Computer Science at the University of Akureyri, Iceland where I have also been living for the last three years. Before that I was living in Stockholm, Sweden.
I have travelled a lot and picked up a few languages, mandarin chinese, thai, swedish and I can get by in french and spanish. Now I am staying in Thailand for the next two months working on coding projects.
- Technical Skills: Python, web programming, database programming (SQL), and software design processes.
- Languages: English, Swedish (good), Chinese (good), Spanish and French (conversational).
- Certifications: Bus drivers license, personal trainer certification.

I spearheaded a local music festival in Grímsey with skilled musicians. A community success that taught me valuable lessons in financial sustainability.
